1. Information we collect
RouteX collects the information needed to operate deliveries: sender and recipient names, phone numbers, addresses, delivery notes and location data submitted by merchants, drivers and customers. We also collect operational metadata such as delivery status timestamps and proof-of-delivery records.
2. How we use information
We use collected information solely to arrange, track, complete and support deliveries, to calculate pricing and settlements, and to communicate delivery updates to customers through the channels configured by the merchant.
3. Sharing with drivers and merchants
Delivery details are shared with the assigned driver only for the duration required to complete the delivery. Merchants can access data for their own deliveries. We never sell personal information, and private driver documents are never exposed to merchants or customers.
4. Public tracking links
Public tracking pages use non-guessable tokens and display only the minimum information required, with personal details masked. Links may expire according to company configuration.
5. Data retention and security
Data is retained for as long as needed for operations and legal obligations. We apply access controls, tenant isolation and audit logging. You may request access or deletion of your personal data subject to applicable law.
