1. Agreement

These terms govern use of the RouteX platform by delivery companies, merchants and drivers. By accessing the platform you agree to these terms.

2. Accounts and roles

Access is role-based. You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for activity under your account. Accounts may be suspended for policy violations.

3. Deliveries and pricing

Delivery prices are calculated from the configured pricing rules at the time of creation and stored with each delivery. Cash-on-delivery amounts collected by drivers are reconciled per the settlement terms agreed with each merchant.

4. Acceptable use

You may not use the platform for unlawful goods, to harass others, or to circumvent security controls. Merchants are responsible for the accuracy of the delivery information they submit.

5. Liability

The platform is provided on an operational basis. Statements and draft invoices generated by the platform are operational documents unless a certified invoicing provider is configured.
